Test Development Analyst I/II

Description:

We are currently seeking an Analyst to join our Computer-Based Case Simulation (CCS) team. The CCS Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of clinically accurate, valid, and reliable computer-based case simulations (CCS) cases that allows physicians to manage a simulated patient over time. CCS cases are designed to assess the knowledge and clinical reasoning of physicians who is about to enter the unsupervised practice of medicine. CCS cases are part of Step 3 which is the final examination in the USMLE sequence leading to a license to practice medicine without supervision.

In this role the incumbent will work closely with other CCS Analysts and external subject matter experts in the design, development, and implementation of clinical encounters  that  require     diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring over a course of simulated time.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a background that combines familiarity with medical terminology, disease processes and/or approaches to therapy with    excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills.

This position requires the ability to learn and integrate complex processes and technology; to be self-directed and to set priorities consistent with team goals; and to work effectively and collaboratively with other team members. 

Additional desired skills include: Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and collaborative skills; Fundamental knowledge of test development, test construction and form building; and Fundamental knowledge of developing and implementing quality control processes.
